1.     Service / 服務

1.1

By accessing and using this website (referred to as "we"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth by us. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions (referred to as the "Terms of Use" or "Agreement"), please do not use this website.
進入並使用本網站（以下簡稱“我們“），即表示您同意受我們設定的條款和條件約束。如果您不希望受這些條款和條件約束（以下稱為“使用條款“或“協議“），請勿使用本網站。

2.     Ordering / 訂購
2.1

All of the items we sell are genuine products sourced globally, and we do not engage in the sale of counterfeit goods.
我們所售賣的全為全球正貨，絕不售賣假貨。

2.2

The images and information provided are for reference only. Due to factors such as lighting and differences in display screens, there may be slight color variations between the product image and the actual product. Please note that the actual product shall prevail.
圖片及資訊僅供參考，因拍攝燈光及不同顯示器色差等問題可能造成商品圖片與實物有色差，請注意以實物為準。

2.3

We accept orders through our sales channels "Carousell Hong Kong" and "WhatsApp Business". We will provide details of your order, the price charged, payment, and delivery information by replying to your messages. However, this message does not constitute our acceptance of your order until payment is completed.
我們接受透過我們的銷售渠道「旋轉拍賣」和「WhatsApp Business」的訂單。我們將透過回覆您的訊息，提供訂單詳情、所收取的價格、付款和交付資訊。然而，這個訊息並不表示我們已經接受您的訂單，直到付款完成。

2.4 

If you provide a website for purchasing, we cannot guarantee that the products provided by the website are genuine, and we reserve the right to refuse to provide suspicious purchasing services through the website.
如閣下自行提供網站代購，我們並不保證該網站提供的貨品為正貨，我們保留拒絕透過該網站提供可疑代購服務的權利。

2.5

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:

我們保留權利可全權酌情就任何理由不接納或取消訂單，包括但不限於：

i.           

Insufficient stock;

存貨不足；

ii.         

Errors in product prices due to human or computer error, or inaccurate pricing information provided by suppliers;

商品價格因人為或電腦錯誤或供應商所提供的定價資料錯誤而出錯；

iii.        

Suspicious purchasing website specified by you.

您指定的代購網站有可疑之處；

2.6

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and refund the payment to your account within seven days. You agree that you are not entitled to any compensation for any dissatisfaction with our decision to cancel your order.
如我們取消閣下訂單，我們會通知閣下並於七天內退款至閣下戶口。閣下同意對我們取消訂單的決定感到不滿並不構成任何賠償要求。

2.7

All orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. You agree to bear the above risks.
所有訂單不接受任何退貨、退款及換貨。閣下需承擔以上風險。

3.     Price and Payment 價格及付款
3.1

All payments must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
所有付款必須以港幣（HKD）支付。

3.2

We will use reasonable commercial efforts to display accurate and up-to-date prices on our website. However, due to the possibility of human error or website malfunctions, we will confirm the price again before accepting your order.
我們將盡合理商業努力在我們的網站上顯示準確且最新的價格。然而，由於人為錯誤或網站故障的可能性，我們會在接受您的訂單之前再次確認價格。

3.3

Our Picks Store / Our Picks 商店
i.           

We will require a deposit of 50% of the product price upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% to be paid prior to shipment once the product has arrived in Hong Kong. We will notify you when the product has arrived and payment is due.

我們會在訂單確認後收取貨品價格50%作為訂金，而剩餘的50%款項則會在貨品抵達香港後，發貨前通知你支付。我們會在貨品抵達時通知你並提醒付款。

ii.         

If payment is not received within 10 business days after we notify you to make the payment upon the product's arrival in Hong Kong, we reserve the right to cancel your order and the deposit will not be refunded.      

如貨品抵達香港後我們通知閣下付款，但10個工作天內未收到付款，我們保留取消閣下訂單的權利並不會退還訂金。

3.4

Help to Buy Purchasing Service / Help to Buy 代購服務

i.           

We will collect the full payment upon order confirmation.
我們會在訂單確認後收取全額。

3.5

If the price of the product is higher than the price at which you placed your order when we intend to accept it, we may:

如商品價格於我們擬接納閣下訂單時高於閣下下單時的價格，我們可能會：

i.           

Cancel your order, or

取消閣下的訂單，或

ii.         

Contact you to determine whether you wish to pay the difference.

聯絡閣下以確定是否願意支付差價。

3.6

If we cancel your order after you have made payment, we will refund your payment. You agree and accept that we are not required to compensate you for any dissatisfaction.
如閣下已付款但我們取消了閣下的訂單，我們會將款項退還給閣下。閣下同意並接受我們毋須為任何不滿作出賠償。

3.7

We accept PayMe, Fast Payments Service (FPS), and Bank Transfer. When you make a payment, you agree to the amount of goods accepted in your order. Ownership of the goods will not transfer to you until we have received payment.
我們接受PayMe、轉數快、銀行轉帳付款。當閣下付款時，即表示閣下接受閣下訂單中的商品金額。商品的所有權只會在我們收到款項後轉移至閣下。

3.8

We will provide an invoice as a record after you make payment.
在閣下付款後，我們會提供一份發票作為紀錄。

4.     Shipping / 送貨
4.1

i.           

All items are free of shipping charge.

ii.         

The estimated delivery time for the goods to arrive in Hong Kong is 15 to 20 working days.
貨品到達香港的時間大約為十五至二十個工作天。

iii.

We usually ship out the goods within 1 to 3 working days after receiving the remaining payment upon the arrival of the goods in Hong Kong.
貨品到達香港後我們通常會於收到餘款後一至三個工作天內寄出。

4.2

Help to Buy Purchasing Service / Help to Buy 代購服務

i.           

We usually ship out the products within 1 to 3 business days after notifying and confirming with you that the products have arrived in Hong Kong.
貨品到達香港後我們通常會於通知閣下後並確認後一至三個工作天內寄出。

4.3  

If there are circumstances beyond our control affecting logistics, we will inform our customers of the possible delay.
如果物流受到不可抗力的影響，我們會通知客戶可能會有延誤。

4.4

Once the products you purchased have been delivered to you, you will become the owner of the products. You will bear the risk of holding the products and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them.
當您所購買的商品已經送到您手上，您即成為商品的擁有人。您將自行承擔持有商品的風險，我們不對其損失或損壞負責。

4.5

If the goods delivered are not what you have ordered or the quantity is incorrect, we will either replace the order or provide a refund.

5.     Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability / 免責聲明及責任限制

Any product names, logos, brands, and other trademarks or images featured or referred to are the property of their respective trademark holders. These trademark holders are not affiliated, endorsed, connected or sponsored in any way to our company.
任何產品名稱、標誌、品牌和其他商標或圖像，均屬其各自商標持有者的財產。這些商標持有者與我們的公司沒有任何聯繫、認可、連結或贊助。

5.2.   

We do not declare or guarantee that access to our website (including using mobile applications or software) or any part of it will be uninterrupted, reliable, or free from faults.

5.3.   

We do not declare or guarantee that any goods (regardless of whether they are provided by us) will have merchantable quality or will be suitable for any purpose (even if that purpose has been notified to us in advance).

You agree that there can be no guarantee of complete security for any data transmission over the internet. While we are committed to protecting that data, we do not guarantee and cannot ensure the security of any data transmitted to us by you. You transmit any data to us at your own risk.

We shall not be liable to compensate you in any way unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions.

5.7

In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
如本條款及細則之中，英文文本有任何歧異，概以英文文本為準。
